- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy
