Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C).
- Crush 16 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sourcream, and vanilla; mix until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Garnish with remaining Oreo cookies before serving.
