Prepare the Crust

- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, blood orange juice, and blood orange zest until fully incorporated.

- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

- Once cooled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
- Garnish with blood orange slices.
