Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust

    2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
    3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
    4. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  2. Make the Filling

    1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    2. Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until well combined.
    3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    4. Mix in the vanilla extract, blood orange juice, and blood orange zest until fully incorporated.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake

    1. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
    2. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
    3. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
