8 ounces of rotini pasta

1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup crab meat, flaked

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Dressing:
    Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and dried dill in a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the Salad:
    Combine the cooled pasta, cooked shrimp, flaked crab meat, chopped celery, green and red bell peppers, black olives, and green onions in a large mixing bowl. Toss to mix well.
